Level 3-4 Classes

Students must have at least one year of steady Iyengar style yoga practice to attend these classes. More advanced asanas will be introduced with further exploration of the body's mechanics. These poses penetrate deeper within the individual and one's sensitivity in the postures increases on a physical, organic (physiological), mental and spiritually level. The mental and emotional effects of the practice can be intensified in a manner not otherwise possible in order to bring about changes to the whole being including one’s spiritual evolution.
